We currently offer the following shipping options:
United States
Free standard shipping in all orders.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, except holidays.
Estimated delivery time is within 3-7 days.
Lulo Colombian Design is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once shipped, as well as any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
Weekend orders placed after 1pm EST, including the ones placed on Saturday – Sunday will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 48 hours.
Puerto Rico

International shipping costs and times will vary depending on your shipping address. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment and tracking information as soon as your item has shipped. LULO is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Accesories & Bags
The merchandise purchased on the Website can be returned within seven (7) days of receipt. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, bags and other packaging materials. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Clothes
Lulo Colombian Design gladly accepts returns.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 7 days for an exchange or a refund to your original form of payment.
You may return your item(s) for an exchange or full refund if they meet the following conditions:
1. Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
2. Item(s) must still contain original tags and packaging

Please note, FINAL SALE items can't be returned but can be exchanged.
DUTIES & TAXES
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. These are not added to your order total in the checkout and must be paid upon arrival of the shipment to the destination country.
Lulo Colombian Design is NOT responsible for any duties and or taxes.
